The classes are challenging and it’s clear the coaches care about the members and their progress. I’m impressed Daryl and Craig always tell me what weight to use for any movement, as they know what I’m capable of and how to push me. I love that I get a good workout and can tell I’m getting stronger. Everyone is friendly and there’s also coffee, and sometimes dogs!

This gym is everything I want in a gym and more! Whatever your fitness goals are, this place will be able to cater for it, there is such a broad variety of disciplines available. Whether you want to train alone, in small groups or join the vast array of classes. I joined the gym to train calisthenics and sometimes join the calisthenics classes, but am also a regular in Craig’s kettlebell classes too which I love! The equipment on offer is exceptional, but even better is the community which Daryl and Craig have created, and the genuine care and value they have for each and every single member. I honestly could not speak highly enough of this place and would recommend it to absolute everyone!

EOF – It’s different. I’ve been a member of several gyms over the years. Usually looking for something I haven’t quite found and not always feeling the reception was that friendly. EOF is genuinely different. Members push themselves and try new things because they have fun together as well as working out. Starting out at your own pace is totally fine. Instructors are watching you, keeping exercises safe but building the challenge week by week so you feel good and make progress. Where else do you find great banter between classes? Knowing it’s ok to step outside your comfort zone and just have a go is really good.
